Jake is a vibrant teenage boy with dark brown hair, brown eyes, freckles, and glasses. He loves to bowl, attend church and sing hymns.And he loves basketball. Jake has a diagnosis of Autism. It is challenging for Jake to adapt to changes in his daily environment. However, with assistance and dedication, it is likely that Jake will adapt. Jake needs consistency and a very structured environment. Jake attends a special school and also receives tutoring three days a week. Jake is learning and has made great accomplishments with basic social skills such as sharing and taking turns. He has also made great advancements in reading and math. Jake has lived in his current foster home for 5 years.
